Weisblatt Residence For Sale

Candace with Estately real estate search in Seattle sends word that the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed David and Christine Weisblatt Residence (1951) in "The Acres" Community of Galesburg, Michigan has hit the market for the very first time. David Wright House To Be Donated?

The Phoenix Business Journal reports that Zach Rawling, owner of the David and Gladys Wright Residence in Phoenix, has offered to donate the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed property he saved from demolition to the Arizona Community Foundation. Read more.

Author and Wright historian, Jack Quinan, writes a special article in the new issue of Architectural Record about the magazine's first (panning) review of Frank Lloyd Wright's iconic Larkin Administration Building and the drama that ensued. Read more.

The City Council Strikes Back

In an effort to shut down the threat of never-ending attempts to de-list the John Haynes Residence of its historic listing, the Fort Wayne, IN City Council has voted and adopted modified by-laws rules to stop the nuisance (and resource-draining) actions by the owner. Read more.
