See Marion Mahony Griffin Murals
Don't miss a rare opportunity to see the exquisite murals by architect, delineator, and artist Marion Mahony Griffin at the Armstrong Elementary School in honor of the 8th Graduating Class of 1931. Having lived in Australia from 1914, Mahony created the paintings in 1931-32 in the Rogers Park school while on an extended visit to her Evanston family home just blocks away.

Kentuck Knob Celebrates Its 60th Anniversary
Archpaper.com recently featured an article in which Lord Peter Palumbo, outgoing chairman of the Pritzker Prize for Architecture, recently looked back on his decades-long ownership of Kentuck Knob, the Frank Lloyd Wright house in western Pennsylvania, not far from Fallingwater, that is celebrating its 60th anniversary as well as the 20th anniversary of being open to the public.
